For wedding parties of 100 or more, I offer free bridal tastings.  Tastings are held on the last Sunday of the month, between 1 and 7pm.  From January through May tastings are twice monthly, on the second and fourth Sundays.  Please call or email for an appointment.  Each bride will spend 50 minutes privately with me, discussing, designing, and tasting their cake.


If your schedule does not allow you to attend one of my free tastings, I can provide a tasting at another time for a nominal fee.


For your tasting, please allow 50 minutes to taste my cake and discuss the design of your dream wedding cake.  Feel free to bring any pictures or drawings and color swatches at this time.


You and your fiancee may each bring one other adult with you to the tasting, for a limit of 4 total, due to space constraints.  I regret that I am presently unable to accomodate children at these business meetings.


At this tasting you will taste my chocolate cake, my white cake, and a third flavor of my choice.  This will give you a good idea of my baking style.  If you desire to taste my other cake flavors, that can be accommodated for a fee.  If you so desire, you may also taste 3 fillings of your choice for no addtional charge.  Simply let me know several days before your tasting appointment. 


A reminder call or email will be sent 2 days prior to your appointment.  The courtesy of a cancellation call is requested should you be unable to keep your appointment.
